Synopsis :
Division, a government secret agent, has a dark purpose: to genetically alter normal people to turn them into soldiers with psychic powers. Those who do not wish to participate or oppose the project, are eliminated. Nick Gant (Evans) lived in Hong Kong illegally, because, as a child, killed his father, who has inherited telekinetic power. However, he was forced to come out of hiding when he meets Cassie (Fanning), a girl of thirteen who can predict the future. Cassie asked for help in finding Kira (Belle), a young woman who has given agents the most powerful psychic powers: the mind can instill in the minds of others. Thus suppose the key to ending the Division, so Nick and Cassie must find him before the organization.
