The 'Water Discus Hotel' - a spaceship shaped building perched on the water, is set to be the first of a planned worldwide. This hotel is a collaboration between the construction company of Drydocks World and Swiss consulting firm and brokerage firm BIG InvestConsult.
The hotel will consist of two main disk, one above and one below the water, they will be joined by the three 'legs' that contain lifts and stairs for guests from the sun falls on the drop below sea level.
